Nasturtium Blossom Vinegar - A real eye catcher! This vinegar is a bright and clear orange (white wine) or rich red (red wine) and has the peppery flavor of nasturtiums. Looks and tastes great layered with olive oil as a dressing!

Hollyhock & Lavender Vinegar - A beautiful deep rose/purple color, the flavor of this vinegar is spectacular. Made from red wine vinegar and our own hollyhocks and lavender. #K150

Tarragon & Lemon Thyme Vinegar - This vinegar is light green and has lots of herbs floating in it. Tarragon loses its anise-like flavor dried, so this is the best way of preserving it. #K154

Recipes

PEAR & PECAN SALAD WITH HOLLYHOCK & LAVENDER VINAIGRETTE

1T hollyhock &lavender vinegar
1/4 t sugar
pinch of salt & fresh pepper
pinch of nutmeg
2t finely chopped lemon balm or spearmint
3T olive oil

Whisk the ingredients together and pour over a salad of sliced ripe pears, pecans, and butter lettuce.

HERB STUFFING

4 Shallots
2 T Butter
4 C bread crumbs
1 cup chopped apple
1T stuffing herb blend
salt & pepper to taste
chicken or vegetable stock to moisten

Sauté shallots in butter, mix all ingredients and moisten with stock.

HERBAL BUTTER MIX

An easy way to turn an ordinary stick of butter into a traditional gourmet condiment. Just mash a stick of butter with the herbs in the butter mix (basil, parsley and lemon balm) and serve in your favorite crock, or shape into elegant designs. The 1 oz bag makes two sticks of herbal butter.
